Beyond education, Dr. McPhee brings a wealth of experience in customer service, event coordination, and construction, showcasing his adaptability, strong work ethic, and community-driven mindset. His time as an apprentice with the Ministry of Tourism in the Bahamas highlights his cultural awareness and exceptional cross-cultural communication skills.

 

A graduate of God’s Bible School and College with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and a minor in Theology, Dr. McPhee is well-versed in technology-enhanced teaching methods, including Smartboards, Prezi, and Microsoft Office tools. He is a critical thinker, calm under pressure, and highly adaptable—traits that make him an asset to any educational or leadership setting.
